Intentflow Reconcile turns your existing Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network into an accurate NetBox — then keeps it reconciled with reality. See what’s new, changed, or drifted before anything is written. No agents, no collectors, no access to your live network — just the show-command output and configs you already have.
Same upload, same reconciliation report - the difference is what NetBox already knows. Either way it can be your own NetBox or one we host; standalone Reconcile connects to the instance you already operate.
Upload existing configs and command output. Intentflow discovers devices, interfaces, IPs, VLANs, VRFs, port-channels, BGP peering, FHRP gateway groups, and topology, and proposes the initial NetBox model.
Upload the latest network state again. Intentflow compares it with NetBox and the previous sync, identifies drift, and lets you decide what should change. Works against the NetBox you already run - connect it with its URL and an API key, nothing hosted by us - or against one hosted by Intentflow.

A .zip, a .tar.gz, or a single .txt of show-command output and running-configs - however your backup tooling already collects it. Drop it in from your dashboard on any plan, or send it automatically from CI with a scoped API key on Business, Enterprise and Reconcile.

The first upload does the heavy lifting - representing your existing network in NetBox without days of manual entry. Every upload after that is drift detection: a report of what a human edited in NetBox directly, what's quietly gone stale, and exactly what changed since the last time. NetBox stays the source of truth; Intentflow Reconcile is how it stays trustworthy.
The loop starts over from Network - same reconciliation, a fresh diff against whatever NetBox looks like right now.

Reconcile can write into your NetBox, so we only synchronize against versions our own test suite actually covers. Everything else still reconciles — you see every difference, we just don’t write to a version we haven’t certified. Your connected NetBox is checked automatically, and your dashboard always shows which of these applies to you.

API keys. NetBox 4.5 and above issue an API token as a composite value beginning nbt_, shown once when you create it and not retrievable afterwards - copy the whole string, including the part after the dot, not the shortened key the token list shows later. NetBox below 4.5 uses a single 40-character key you can view at any time. Intentflow accepts either - paste exactly what your NetBox shows you.
A newer NetBox. When a NetBox newer than 4.6 is released, Intentflow reconciles against it and shows you every difference, but will not write to it until that version has been through the same test suite - the certified range only ever widens after CI has proven it.
The netbox_bgp plugin is optional. Without it, BGP sessions are still discovered and reported — they just aren’t compared against NetBox or synchronized.
