Intentflow
The agreement between you and Intentflow for using the platform.
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Intentflow's services at intentflow.co and app.intentflow.co (the "Service"), operated by Intentflow, a sole proprietorship based in Poland (NIP 7692052599, REGON 543317392) ("Intentflow," "we," "us"). By creating an account, by purchasing a product without an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.
Intentflow offers three products, described on our Pricing page. Not all of them involve infrastructure we operate:
Intentflow is an independent hosting, analysis, and operations provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NetBox Labs.
Plan features, resource limits, and pricing may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes affecting existing subscriptions.
Most of the Service requires an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@intentflow.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
One-time Verify is the exception. A single verification can be bought without creating an account and without choosing a password: you pay first, and we email you a link that lets you upload configurations and read the resulting report. Buying in this way still creates a customer record holding your email address and the run itself, because we need somewhere to put the report and a way to let only you reach it - "no account required" describes the sign-up you are spared, not an absence of data. That record is covered by our Privacy Policy in the same way any other is. You may later set a password on that record and keep it as a normal account.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. Accounts are not transferable without our consent.
The MSP plan lets one account provision and manage NetBox instances, and run Verify and Reconcile, on behalf of that account's own clients. If you use an MSP account, you're responsible for your clients' compliance with these Terms, for having the authority described in Section 5 for any configuration you upload on a client's behalf, and for whatever agreement you have with them regarding their own data - Intentflow's relationship is with the MSP account holder, not with the MSP's individual clients, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.
One subscription covers one network, and a set number of runs. Outside the MSP plan, a Verify or Reconcile subscription entitles you to analyse a single network - your own, or a single client's - up to the number of runs included in your plan each month: 10 verification runs for Verify (on the standalone subscription and the add-on alike), and 30 reconciliation runs for a standalone Reconcile subscription. Reconcile is included without a run limit on Hosted NetBox plans, where it is a bundled feature of the plan rather than the product being bought. The allowance resets monthly from the date the product was activated on your account, which is not necessarily your billing date, so an annual subscription receives the same monthly allowance. A run that fails for reasons on our side, or an upload we could not analyse, is not counted against it. If you need more, contact us. Assessing several different clients' networks under one subscription needs either an MSP account or a separate subscription for each network, whether or not you charge anyone for the results. This is what the MSP plan exists for, and why it is billed per client. A one-time verification covers a single assessment of a single network in the same way.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as selected at signup, through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees, including for each client added under an MSP account. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout where required.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support@intentflow.co. Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. You keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, and are not charged again; because that period is not refunded, you keep what it bought. After it ends, the retention and deletion process in Section 7 applies. We don't provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law. Free tier accounts have no charge and no fixed term.
Add-ons. Optional add-ons billed on an existing subscription - Intentflow Verify, and capacity packs - follow the same rule: cancelling an add-on stops it renewing, and it stays available for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, since that period is not refunded. Re-enabling it during that remainder is not charged again.
One-time purchases. A single Verify purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. It entitles you to one verification run and to the report that run produces, for as long as that report is retained under Section 7. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract; because a verification is digital content supplied immediately at your request, you are asked to acknowledge at checkout that starting the run causes that right to lapse. If you have paid and not yet started a run, contact us and we will refund it.
If a payment fails and isn't resolved after our payment processor's automatic retry attempts, the subscription is cancelled automatically and any hosted instance follows the same process described in Section 7.
Verify and Reconcile both work from device configuration you upload - running-configs and the command output around them. This section governs that material; our Security & Infrastructure page describes exactly what happens to it, technically.
It stays yours. You retain all rights in the configurations you upload. We use them only to produce the analysis you asked for and to operate and support the Service, and for nothing else. We do not use them to train anything, and we do not sell or share them.
They are never sent to a third party, and never to an AI model. Analysis runs on our own infrastructure, in our own cloud account. Every check is deterministic analysis of the configuration itself. The Service has no AI or large-language-model dependency of any kind.
You must be entitled to upload them. You warrant that you own the network the configurations describe, or are authorized by whoever does to upload them for analysis. This matters particularly if you are a consultant, reseller, or MSP acting for someone else. You are responsible for removing anything you do not wish to send us before uploading - a running-config commonly contains local usernames, community strings, and free-text fields that may identify people.
Reports. We produce the report; you may use it however you like, including sharing it with your own clients. Intentflow retains no rights over your network or its configuration by having analyzed it.
Standalone Reconcile works against a NetBox instance you operate. To do that you give us its address and an API token, which we store encrypted and use only to carry out the reconciliation and synchronization you request. We read from that NetBox to compare it against your configurations, and we write to it only after you have reviewed and confirmed specific changes, or where you have explicitly enabled automation to do so. You control the scope of the token and can revoke it at any time, which stops both.
Different things we hold for you are kept for different periods, and the clocks are independent of each other and of whether your subscription is still running. In summary:
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Configurations you upload for Verify | 7 days from upload |
| Verify report, one-time purchase | 7 days |
| Verify report, subscription or add-on | 30 days |
| Configurations uploaded to Reconcile, and the reconciliation data derived from them | 30 days |
| Hosted NetBox instance, after cancellation | 7 days, then deleted |
These periods are enforced automatically by the storage itself, not by a scheduled job that could silently stop running. The raw configuration is deliberately on a shorter clock than the report derived from it, so your configuration is never left in storage after the thing you actually wanted is gone. Deletion is not reversible, and a run whose upload has expired cannot be re-run - you would upload again.
Your NetBox data belongs to you. When a subscription is cancelled - whether by you or automatically after a failed payment - your hosted instance keeps full read/write access for 7 days, so you have time to export anything you need or reactivate by contacting support@intentflow.co. After 7 days, the instance and its production data are deleted and cannot be recovered through normal means. Any residual copy contained in an encrypted backup (see our Security & Infrastructure page for retention periods) is deleted automatically once that backup reaches the end of its own retention schedule, and isn't restored except where necessary for disaster recovery. We may delete data associated with a terminated or long-unpaid account on this same schedule.
What outlives the above. A small record of each run and each import - when it happened, the file name you uploaded, and summary counts - is kept on your account after the report and the configuration themselves have been deleted, so your history list still means something. It contains no configuration content. You can ask us to delete it, along with the rest of your account data, at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates this section, and will try to notify you when we do.
Where you store personal data (as defined under the EU General Data Protection Regulation) in your NetBox instance, or where the configurations you upload contain personal data, Intentflow acts as a data processor and you act as the data controller. Hosted instances, uploaded configurations, and the reports derived from them all run on infrastructure hosted with Amazon Web Services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data more broadly. Our Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms by reference, for every plan and product, and governs that processing.
We aim to keep the Service reliably available and perform regular backups appropriate to each plan tier - see our Security & Infrastructure page for specifics - but we don't currently offer a formal uptime service-level agreement or guaranteed recovery time objective. We'll perform reasonable maintenance and will try to give notice of planned downtime that's likely to be disruptive.
Verify and Reconcile analyze what you give them. A report describes the configurations uploaded for that run and nothing else, and is not a guarantee about your network as a whole - a device whose configuration was not included, or could not be parsed, is stated as such in the report rather than assumed to be correct.
NetBox itself remains licensed under its own open-source license (Apache 2.0), independent of these Terms. Intentflow retains all rights in its own platform, branding, analysis engine, and provisioning/automation systems. You retain all rights in the data you store in your instance and in the configurations you upload, as described in Section 5.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty that can't be excluded under mandatory Polish or EU consumer protection law, where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intentflow's total liability arising out of or related to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in that period, and we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation doesn't apply to liability that can't be limited under mandatory law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
If something about the Service isn't working as it should, email support@intentflow.co with a description of the issue. We'll acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and try to resolve them promptly.
Either party may terminate for convenience per Section 4. We may also suspend or terminate an account immediately for a material breach of Section 8 (Acceptable Use) or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 16) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland - except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
