Yes — upgrade from Free to Business or Enterprise (or Business to Enterprise) anytime from your dashboard. Your existing data carries over automatically during the upgrade.
Free is usually ready in under 5 minutes, Business in under 10. Enterprise takes longer — typically 30-40 minutes — since it provisions a dedicated, multi-AZ database and cache just for your instance rather than using shared infrastructure. You'll get an email the moment it's ready, and your dashboard updates automatically.
Business ($299/month) includes 500 devices, 50 sites, and 5,000 IP addresses; Enterprise ($999/month) includes 2,000 devices, 250 sites, and 20,000 IP addresses on dedicated, multi-AZ infrastructure. Need more room than that on either plan? Add capacity packs anytime from your dashboard - no new contract required, and they stack, so multiple packs of either size combine additively. On Enterprise, capacity increases apply with no downtime; on Business, applying a pack briefly restarts your instance (typically well under a minute). No. You pay the monthly or yearly plan price, plus any applicable sales tax or VAT calculated at checkout based on your location.
Yes, on Business, Enterprise, and MSP. Choose Bank transfer at signup or upgrade, add your company and billing details, and we'll send an invoice with Net 30 terms - your instance provisions as soon as it's paid. Card payments provision immediately; bank transfer needs the invoice settled first. If you need the infrastructure running now and want to sort out payment separately, talk to us.
No — Intentflow Reconcile is included on every plan, Free through Enterprise. Upload configs from your existing Cisco, Juniper, or Arista devices and Intentflow builds a reconciliation report for you to review - nothing gets written until you confirm it. Triggering imports automatically from CI is available on Business, Enterprise and standalone Reconcile; manual upload is free on every plan. Already running your own NetBox and don't want a hosted one? Reconcile is also sold standalone, at $149/month.
No — Intentflow Verify runs entirely on the configs you upload, whether or not you have a NetBox instance with us. Buy a single verification with no account at all, subscribe standalone at $249/month, or add it to an existing Hosted NetBox plan for +$149/month if you'd rather keep everything on one bill. On standalone Reconcile the add-on is +$200/month, putting Reconcile and Verify together at $349. Either way the subscription covers one network and 10 verification runs a month.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your instance keeps full read/write access for 7 days after cancelling, so there's time to export anything you need or change your mind — just reach out to support@intentflow.co within that window to reactivate. After 7 days, the instance and its data are deleted (see our Terms of Service for how backup retention affects the exact timeline).
Yes, on Enterprise — point a custom domain at your instance instead of using the <yourname>.intentflow.co subdomain.
The $29/month (or $290/year) MSP account itself has no NetBox instance — it's a management and billing layer. Each client you add is billed separately at standard Free/Business/Enterprise pricing, charged to the same payment method on file - each is its own line item and invoice, not combined into one bill.
